Not great. Purchased a switch through their eBay store. No damage was described in the listing. A photo on the listing showed a superficial crack in the flange. When the component arrived, not just the flange but the whole assembly crumbled into pieces. When asking why they did not accurately list or photograph the damage fundamental to part operation, they responded: "you have to understand, with 12,000 listings, if we were to do that, which is write in the description of each ad, not only it's not cost effective for us to stay in business as we have for the last 10 years, but also you would pay 120 for that instead of 80. we sell at highly discounted rates and describe the item with high res photos, I think that's more than fair." They offered a paltry refund back or to have us return the part. Given the time already invested, we chose to repair it. The part was shipped quickly and the packaging was professional. However, response times to the above concern were slow.

Rudolf Syslo, the one writing a bad review, is a total crook. We blocked his ebay account 1 year ago, because he purchased a part from us and attempted to scam our company by their lies. Then they purchased another item thru ebay with another user id as the 1st account was blocked. Then left a negative feedback on ebay. Ebay removed the feedback because they violated ebay policy by purchasing an item from a seller (arpimachinesales) with another ebay user id. We have conveyed to them that we do not wish to do any business with their company. Cheers! for Eric Forsberg, it was a 20 switch and cannot test the parts we sell. Called and ask to measure a part. He said they done do that which I was surprised I run a maching shop with 26 cnc machines deal with alot of companies they all will measure something as good customer service to make sure it fits ur application. They just don't care about the customer or if the part is right for you. I choose not to do business with them ever based on this.

Elite Custom Machine

I purchased a "perfectly running" fadal 4020 from this company..After installing the machine it would not run.. I had to call a tech in and spend 8,000 to cut my first chip. After replacing many boards and power supplies I called and spoke with the owner.. He put it off as shipping damage and told me to call the freight company and file a claim. There was no cosmetic damage from the freight company damaging the machine.. I later found out that the turcite is worn out which is another 15,000 I'm out of.. I paid by wire transfer.. This is the worst company I've ever done business with..
