I purchased a Paul brown Hawaii flat iron in mid may and it quit working in October. I contacted the company almost a week ago and have not heard anything back. They used to make a good product and that's why I went back to them I have learnt my lesson if I'm dropping this much money on a flat iron I expect it to last longer then six months!
