I was redesigning my kitchen and decided to install a new granite counter top. Afer quite a long search in the market I found Planet Stone and said to myself: “That is what I want to see in my kitchen! I stop here!” They came and take measurements and installed it 2 days later. Price was pretty adequate to the quality I received. Now my kitchen looks like it is some fancy hotel’s one. Thanks a lot for a brilliant service!

After struggling with Home Depot and their limited stone availability I switched to Planet Stone. The variety of colors and materials was exceptional and the prices were great. Unfortunately, the installation is another matter. The install was to be completed the day before Thanksgiving (I was expecting a long day). The installers showed up to demo my tile counters (peninsula with a stove top and outside wall with a sink) and install the quartz counter tops and backsplashes. They efficiently demolished all of the tile counters in a few hours. They then installed the counter for the outside wall and half of the peninsula. At 3:30 they informed me that they did not have the other piece of the counter top, \the factory didn't finish it\. They cleaned up the mess and promised to comeback Thanksgiving morning and would finish by 1:00. Yep, you guessed it... Thursday - no show & no call, Friday - no show & no call, Saturday - no show & no call... They finally showed up Monday. I went five days (Thanksgiving weekend) without a sink or my stove! They could have easily just demolished the counter on the outside wall, completed the installation of the counter, backsplashes and installed the sink and than waited to do the peninsula when they had all the materials. I would have had the full capability of my kitchen! I have no idea why they waited until late in the afternoon after all of the demolition to tell me they didn't have the material. Lastly, when they finished the installation and cleaned up they took the plumbing parts they had disassembled. After a trip to Home Depot and a couple of hours figuring out the plumbing, I have my kitchen back (yes, I had to caulk the new sink - even though they said they would). So, I suggest that before they begin the installation check to see if they have all the materials and then verify you have everything you need to put the kitchen back together.

Planet Stone far exceeded our expectations! I got quotes from at least 5 different fabricators/installers and they were by far the best value. We were in a big rush to get our counters installed and they were the only company who could get it done in a week. Gloria was so great to work with and the installers were so nice and knowledgeable. Our soapstone countertops look amazing and we are so happy that we went with them!

The Planet Stone just finished installing a quartz counter top and backsplash for our kitchen. They did a fabulous job! The quality of the workmanship was outstanding! Gloria and her husband were very professional and nice. Their staff was also very knowledgeable and courteous. House remodeling is extremely stressful, but in this case it was a great relief to work with a skilled and pleasant group of people. We visited their showroom a few times to look at their samples and pick a color. They have a huge selection of different stones and colors. Once we made a decision, we went back to inspect the slab before they cut it. Gloria and her staff were always very helpful. Their prices are also reasonable! We would definitely choose the Planet Stone for our next project and would highly recommend them to our friends and family.
