Thank you reviewers for taking the time to post! I viewed a home, had it at the top of my list, then read these reviews. No thanks! Ended up going with another property and management company. My calls were answered and I was notified that I was approved, within 2 hours. It's much more house (2 car garage, 400 more sq feet) for 100 more a month.

We have renovated 2 properties that are under Suncoast Property Management. Ms. Ashley Fortune has been the person coordinating the estimates, contractors and repairs. Everything was done quickly and professionally and within my budget. I love that she takes special care of all the details as though she were the owner of the property. I highly recommend Ashley for quick and quality property turns. She also responds very quickly to all emails and calls. Another kudos for that.

The house is lovely, the service has been less than expected. I've submitted work orders, only to have them closed out without anyone ever coming to make repairs. Have had other tenant's leases show up in my tenant profile, which means my lease may very well have landed in someone else's...have asked management three times to contact the homeowner regarding a privacy fence, never a return call. Wild dogs and wandering strangers are becoming a security concern. Customer service skills are lacking. Turnover seems to be an issue. Completing repairs and better communication would make a world of difference.

Although I loved the homes I toured I cannot get any response from them about the property or an getting application. Which is unprofessional and anyone who did respond sounded like they were annoyed or had an attitude. My calls continually go to voicemail and the emails are automated. This is extremely frustrating to a potential client. Additionally it’s a sign that I should not rent with them, I am very disappointed!. Definitely will reconsider that the 1 star reviews are true.
