I just took delivery of a new Honda Jazz (automatic) petrol version. Firstly about the car..... absolutely smooth steering and seamless transmission. The design, the interior and more importantly the trendy digital flavour make driving such a pleasure ! Congratulations Honda for their superior product quality. You always need two hands to clap and that hand comes in the form of Sundaram Motors. With fabulous delivery and service model of Sundaram Motors and the superior product of Honda, the customer experience was an absolute class ! The team work at Sundaram Motors and their inter -departmental collaboration is wonderful. The car delivery event with the participation of staff from multiple departments was exceptional and touching. Kudos to Kannan of sales department who handled the whole process so well - from sales initiation to delivery of the car and for taking care end2end of the whole process chain. My relationship with Honda and Sundaram Motors goes back to 15 years and I don't think I will ever change that combo for my motoring needs. Cheers to this wonderful combo.

We recently bought our honda city from Sundaram motors and it has been an extremely delightful experience for us. We chose this dealership because they are known for their great work ethics, honest and pleasant service and staff, and our experience proved this to be true. The dealership has a cafe and lounge area for waiting while all billing formalities are done, and the staff is courteous and professional. The delivery of our car was an exceptional experience as well, as the entire team celebrated our purchase with us. There was clicking of pictures, flowers, chocolates, fruit basket and a hearty applause! I thank the entire team and the management for making us feel at home and being a part of our special day. An overall great day and wonderful experience.

If it is Honda cars then it has to be TVS Sundaram motors for me. Even though I was a new customer the experience have been fantastic. I have developed good rapport with the salesman and other folks.
