I was driven home from the hospital after a 13hour shift when other companies had refused to go that far on snowy roads. He was determined to get me home to my kids and had to go an extra long way round due to road closure at Penshaw. This was above and beyond. I got to my location fine but then on my return i ordered the taxi and waited 20min so i phoned back asking where it was all the person said was its on its way so i gave up with them and rang another company. Wont be using these again
