I bought a ukulele from your store using Cash Converters website. It came in an original box with a gig bag and three books. The order was placed on Thursday, late evening and on Saturday at around 1pm it was delivered by smilling delivery man. It was wrapped and packed safely.(Thank you for all that bubble wrap, you have made my daughter very happy) The instrument is perfect, as described, the price was fair. Thank you very much for a great service.

Staff was plesend and hellpfull shop layout is good but thay had lowed music on i couldn't hear what thay was saying when geting served at the till i do like the biodegable bags thay have
I found out about this review site because of a card i found next to a bin. i dint know that this bin was cash converters but i have to say its the best bin in sunderland. i once found a speaker in their and when i took it home it worked nothing came out the bottom bit but the top was giving off some bass.
I would like to say that I recently purchased a mobile phone from the Cash Converters website. I called the Sunderland branch, where the phone was being advertised, to find out some more information about the mobile phone. I spoke to Chris, who was very friendly and helpful over the phone. He and his colleague answered all my queries. Best of all, I received the mobile phone the very next day. I also was given the tracking number, so I was able to track the whereabouts of the parcel. That was a very big plus for me. Please keep up the good work guys From a happy Cash Converters customer. All The Best
