Attending to a slightly hysterical call. (had an unknown flashing light on my alarm and was convinced it could blow up!) He came AT NIGHT within half an hour of the call to someone he had never had dealing with to fix the problem which he had already diagnosed correctly on the phone- the battery and his charge was VERY reasonable. I highly recommend this company and I don’t do that that often! Thanks Crown Alarms

Called Crown Alarms last night as our house alarm was going off and we didn't know the code to stop it. The service was absolutely excellent - within 5 minutes we had been guided through the process of turning the alarm off. Would highly recommend Crown Alarms!
Rang Ian as my alarm was going off non stop after a power cut, the alarm was unused and had no idea of the code, he told me exactly what I could do and 6 minutes of a call and it was sorted, top class.
