Not what it used to be. I've been a regular at this Dunkin ever since I arrived to the area. The drinks were really good in the beginning, but recently they have been unbearably gross. I feel bad returning to ask for the order to be remade, but today was the third day in a row where the drinks tasted terrible. The latte I ordered today tasted like it was made with mop water, diluted and putrid - I didn't even bother returning. I'm planning on just going to one of the Dunkins in Hadley... The other problem is that the drinks have very little consistency. I could get two very different drinks when asking for the same thing. I feel like the service could be significantly improved if the employees coordinated how to make each drink.

Easily one of the worst dunks around, unfortunate because I live like 10 ft away. The coffee is consistently ALWAYS burnt and brewed incorrectly. I order mobile when I go here and they don’t start your order until you’re standing in front of the mobile pick up. EVERY SINGLE TIME. What’s the point of mobile order?
Nice staff, but probably the slowest one in the area. Be prepared to wait in the drive thru for up to twenty minutes.
DUNKIN HAS THE BEST COFFEE EVER!!
It's Dunkin' Donuts. Store is clean, employees are friendly, responsive, and helpful. Took off a star since the drive through is poorly located, and can backup almost to the main road during peak hours, making access to the line difficult.
