Worst service. They hardly pick phone. If they do won't send an engineer soon if it's for service. Shame on them
Poor after sale service.. Help needed I have a sunlit solar in Salem..was working fine for some days, Now the water heating is very poor that I get only warm water even in peak summer.. I contacted the Salem distributor for service but they r giving a very poor response and they r trying to cheat us with fake reasons.. Have spent soo much money in service as per their advice and yet it is not repaired. Pls don't buy this company product!!
