If there were negative stars, I'd give -5!!!! My father wasn't even there 5 hours before he called me wanting to move. Day 3 and I can't even get the staff to fax the right paperwork to move him. From the reviews and media exposure some time ago, it's a wonder this place still exists.

My mom was at Sunnybrook rehab for almost two years I loved it and she loved it she called it home. The staff is great and friendly. The ladies in the business office was spectacular they went above and beyond with any questions I may have had. I really do miss seeing them everyday, and so does my mom. Thanks for everything. I really appreciate all of you. Go Danielle and Kristen. Thanks for always making everything so easy.
This rating system is designed where you have to choose at least one star in order to write a review. But this facility does not deserve a star. If anything the authorities need to shut it down. My relative lived in four different nursing facilities after his accident. After a couple of months at Sunny Brook he never recovered. He was neglected and ignored to the point where EMS had to take him out of there. The receptionist will stop answering your call if you call more than two times. The entire staff is terrible. Nurses and CNAs, they will pretend to care until you leave. Don't take your loved one there.
My sister were in this facility for about 3to4weeks they need a lot of improvement. They need worker that want to work and not just for the money . They need more people like, Mr Lynn Atkinson , Nurse helper and Ms Banks housekeeping. I would not recommend you to put your love ones in this facility
I was so pleased with the care that I received at Sunnybrook. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff works very hard to make sure that the patient’s needs are met in a timely fashion. The PT/OT staff is very attentive to each individual’s limitations and work to help the patients reach their goals. I would not hesitate to recommend Sunnybrook!
