Amazing team running this, even during the Covid lockdown they are providing exciting and interesting daily activities through Zoom and Crafts....never thought It would work but my son just can’t wait to get online every day and take the classes...amazing

If you’re considering employment here, DO NOT DO SO! The management is terrible. The director David has a bad attitude and will constantly roll his eyes at you when you’ve done something to upset him, try to make you do things you are uncomfortable with even though you express how it makes you feel, and make rude remarks. He also has a tendency to scold the staff in front of other staff members and clients, as if to embarrass the employees. Who does that? I’ve never had a boss who would disrespect me that way and try to degrade me as a person. He’s as horrible as his fake toupee he wears. The ratio of staff to clients is suppose to be 1 to 4, but it is almost always 1 to 8. They even send staff out on outings 1 to 8 which is a safety hazard. It’s unfair to have 1 staff member be responsible for so many clients at once. They are way under staffed but insist on bringing in more clients for the money. The san jose office was short staffed when licensing showed up to their facility earlier this month, so our director told 4 of us staff to drive to the san jose office and lie saying we’re late. That is the type of dishonesty you can expect here, it happens daily. Professionalism is seriously lacking in this establishment. I’ve never worked at an establishment where upper management would continuously have a petty attitude towards other staff and make them do tasks they are uncomfortable with just to “get them back” the supervisor Alisha is the same way. If she is upset with you she will have you doing tasks to “punish” you. They pay is minimum wage and they have lied repeatedly about when the alottment for a raise would be available. This place is shady and i’ve witnessed a lot of fraudulent activity. Be aware people! This place is horrible for clients and employees. I’m upset I even have to give 1 star for this review.

Es un instituto para personas especiales personas con desavilidades me gusta ya que mi hermana asiste a este lugar hay personas muy amables y los encargados de cuidarlos son muy alegres ... la verdad se los recomiendo si tienen algún familiar al cual quisieran aser auto dependiente o simplemente para que no ste en casa aburrido este es el.lugar les enseñan computación lectura arte y muchoo mas..
