5 Notary is a misleading shop sign. Walk close and you see 10 charge for Notary. I would recommend going to 'Dollar 4 Notary Public Services' for reasonably priced services.

The best experience I've ever had. Needing 2 documents for Apostille for use in Japan, I reached out to them in a rush. Staff was very polite and explained to me in detail how the process works, also gave me the option to drive down to Sacramento in case I needed to get it done the same day myself. I chose to go with them because the price was very effective, only 59, and I also didn't need to take time off work. I received my documents the next day afternoon. Very very thankful to their service.

This was my first time needing Apostille for Power of Attorney for a real estate transaction and I kept calling around until I found these guys. Very informative, and explained to me in detail how the process works. I had to let them retain my notarized document for 1 day in order to process the Apostille from State Dept. office. Given the amount of hassle and time they saved me, the 59 cost was very well worth it. Now I can claim to be Apostille expert.
