I really like this store. Staff are friendly and always greet you when you come through the door. Clothing is well made, very stylish and they have great sales. Also offer nice selection of accessories purses and shoes. I really like The Avenue. Parking is easy too.

It was fine. The sales staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was discounted by 40% or more as the store is closing. In fact, they said that all the Avenue retail stores are closing. On line shopping only going forward.
This full figure size store is wonderful. Sol is the manager and she will help pull a fashionable attire together for you with ease. Her customer service savvy is perfect (some of the newer workers should learn from her. Usually you are greeted as soon as you come in but one time, the two workers were content to talk withe one another, ignoring customers. Ahhh...such is the retail world, sometimes. But this retailer keeps up with the latest fashions and the sales are generous.
Up front and honest about a dress where seams are breaking apart, therefore, defective. However, Sunnyvale store will not accept returns on defective items. Policy made us cancel our account. Good luck with keeping in business Avenue. We will shop with other companies.
Very sad they are all closing. At 40% off. Still supposed to have an on line presence. We will see!
Weeeeeee I'm a shop aholic when I am here I feel great about what I get n the Prices are really Good I mean it compared to the other woman's clothing stores I shop at and I shop them all. LOVE THIS STORE!!! Oh n the lady's are so helpful.
Not many plus size stores open any longer, so this is a nice find. Newer items are pricey, however the clearance racks have great deals. Staff are very friendly.
Usually when I come here, there are some cute styles. Today, it was kind of sad. Everything looked so oldish and out of style. Also no one even bothered to say hello. So much for customer service
