Most people associate the car buying experience with root canal surgery, especially at a used car dealership. Not at Axiom Auto Group (AAG). My experience with Axiom was more like a staying at a hotel with a concierge desk than getting a dental surgery. James was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly a car enthusiast. I was looking and deciding between 4 cars with completely different personalities (Mercedes, Porsche, Lexus, and Tesla). James patiently worked with me and provided me with information on the differences to make sure that I picked the best car that truly suited me… and not the car that I Wished could be the right fit. In the end, I decided to purchase the Mercedes (instead of Porsche) and I couldn’t be happier. Now every time I drive the car, I just have a silly smile on my face because I just love to be in the car. Thanks to James and Axiom Auto Group for making the experience focused on the love of cars and less about the other superficial nonsense found at typical car dealerships.

Came there for a specific car, James was very polite and helpful. He pointed out another car I may be interested in, and I was.. Enough to test drive them both.. However, ended up going with my original decision. I'm very happy about my experience there and the car I purchased from them! Very honest and friendly employees, I recommend this dealership.
Great experience buying a used car at Axiom in Sunnyvale. No pressure, but took time to answer all my questions. The paperwork was way faster than any dealership I have ever worked with. A week after I bought the car, I had a little problem with it. These guys went out of their way to fix it, even though I had already bought the car & they were not obligated to solve the problem. Super happy with the people, process & the follow up care.
This place is amazing James is awesome. I bought my Camaro from him. I spoke with him on the phone before going as this place is almost 3 hours away from me I explained to him what I wanted what my budget was and he was amazingly able to get me the perfect deal. When I got there the car was just like the pictures showed he was upfront with everything showed me the car fax before I could even ask for them. And a major plus was the deal was exactly what we talked about on the phone there was no hidden fees. My deal was done within 30 minutes. He made the signing and paperwork process a breeze. Best car buying experience ever if I'm ever in the market for another car I'm going here first. Definitely recommend this place. This is the most upfront car dealership you'll ever go to.
My husband and I drove to Sunnyvale to check out the car we saw on craigslist. James was very helpful and informative with the whole process, from test drives to paperworks to finalizing everything so we can drive the car home. We went in on Saturday and was able to drive the car home on Monday after everything checked out with the bank. My husband couldn’t wait to bring the car home so we took work off early, even so, by the time we get to Sunnyvale, the shop would have been closed but James stayed there waiting for us after hours. The whole time James stayed in contact with us via text and answered all our questions and concerns. Thanks James for making the purchase process fast and easy.
Horrible experience with the sales staff. I showed up to inquire about prices of cars I saw in the lot. I immediately got short and impatient service to my questions about BMW, Audi, and Porsche models. The sales man didn't seem interested in helping me at all, even though no other customers were there. When inquiring about financing he insisted there was no way I could get it. When leaving, he yelled at me and accused me of being a "fake" customer because I showed up on a bicycle. He said "I'm not stupid, you are pretending to be a customer so you can lock your bike up here". "If you do that again YOU'LL BE SORRY". Compare that to another German car dealership down the road, with a bicycle rack, friendly service, and a great selection. Don't waste your time here.
