Really nice clubhouse and it actually has trees and landscaping! Very nice compared to some other manufactured home subdivisions.

One of the nicest mobile home parks in the area. 55 only, but there is some flexibility as long as the owner/resident is 55. The park is clean and well maintained. Management holds residents to keep property standards up.
