Concentra in Sunnyvale is such a nice facility. Everyone I've dealt with throughout the years is so accommodating and kind. I've been seeing this Dr./ specialist for 14 years she is absolutely wonderful.

Some staff are not very friendly, organized or efficient. The doctor was friendly. I asked a staffer for help after being placed in a waiting room for a lengthy period and she walked away when I asked for help without saying anything to me. She asked another staff member to help me so she could clock out for her lunch break. There also isn't great communication between the doctor and the staff. The doctor told me to wait after my appointment and that someone would follow up with me to measure me for equipment. After 30 minutes and no one coming to see me I sought out help. When the staff were helping me with the equipment, they were not aware of how many pieces were needed and for what. Every time I asked a question they said they needed to ask the doctor. This made the appointment even longer. And they also forgot to give me two items and at that point I figured I would just pay for them myself because the staff did not seem to understand what was going on and we're taking so much longer than it should have.

My visit at Concentra was pleasant as it is a clean and organized clinic, friendly staff and doctors. The waiting area was pleasant and comfortable. They cover many services and are equipped to serve. I would highly recommend Concentra to anyone who needs the services this clinic provides.

Concentra is one of the worst clinic, especially the one on E Arques Ave, Sunnyvale. The experience for covid testing has been horrible, unprofessional staff and receptionist. Doesn’t feel safe to go in this clinic especially during these unprecedented times. I do not know why companies tie up with such clinics. I have been to other clinics and they are far better in terms of staff behavior, hygiene and process than Concentra.
