I had a reservation at the Corporate Inn Sunnyvale but I immediately canceled as soon as I called the hotel to ask questions about the Amenities. The man working the front desk that night answered my call and asked me what my question was, I began talking and he interrupted me and said he was busy with a customer and couldn't talk. I told him it was a quick question and he started speaking very rudely and said he was busy and didn't have time... Why would he answer the call in the first place and not just tell me initially that he needed to place me on hold. He would not even let me speak and kept on interrupting me saying "no I'm busy I cant answer any questions" and then asked for my number for a callback. I immediately hung up and canceled my reservation. I read other reviews about how horrible the front staff was but thought they must have been exaggerating. They aren't. I would seriously urge management to fire or retrain there front staff as they have lost a customer who could have been a potential repeat client for years. If you are planning to stay here be aware of the reviews regarding the front desk staff and take them to face value. *on a side note I was being extremely polite and he was still exceptionally rude*

Another update now that I've complained about all the issues I've had they have basically banned me from the hotel. I still haven't been reimbursed for the 500 worth of damage to my personal belongings The physical damage done to my body because the bathroom wasn't cleaned and I slipped and fell and the damage to my foot because I was given dirty bed sheets that gave me athlete's foot
I don’t recommend this place because the staff tend to push their responsibility to customer, and they speak compulsively, cut ppl off when talking. The room is good but the front desk guy is super rude and talk too much while check in. We want to change room since we booked a room with balcony and it turned out no. The front desk guy first says 1, the rooms are all booked up which is obviously not true and 2, he is too busy to change I will have to wait half an hour outside. After we push more he eventually done it fast. So making me wait sounds like a punishment for being annoying I guess?
Afordable, quiet, no frills hotel with large suites. Ideal for extended stays. Good front desk and maid services. Excellent WiFi connectivity at all times and close to most Silicon valley high tech companies.
This is the most awsome place to stay, it's like being at home & so very clean & covid ready...the day & nite watchmen are such nice guys, they take great care of you... can't wait to stay here again
I have stayed here numerous times and have always had a good experience until this last trip. I was a little disappointed that I did not get the room that I had wanted, even though I had requested one when I made my reservation... as I always had on the past. The room I did get did not have any paper towels or kitchen towels, which they normally supply. I'm sure this could have been a one time thing, so it's won't stop me from going there on the future.
