PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS PRACTICE! I have been subjected to discrimination by both the doctor and his receptionist on multiple interactions with them and it has caused me undue stress. It is an unprofessional practice with substandard quality of care. I am always hesitant to write reviews - but this is a serious matter. It is a medical practice affecting the lives and well-being of others. We put our faith in these specialists. If you have been subjected to similar mistreatment and experiences from this doctor, please launch an investigation against him and file a formal complaint via the Medical Board of California.

Dr Hsu is very caring and gives his best to find root cause of my problem. His staff is also very helpful. Definitely recommend seeing him.
Dr Hsu is very good. Atleast for me, his diagnosis was very correct. My migraine was previously diagnosed incorrectly as a problem in neck. He treatment also worked well. Except that I had to pay in cash the fees for first two appointments, I found everything good.
It's truly upsetting that I have to give this practice even a single star. Not only Dr.Hsu himself is not a neurologist I would ever recommend others due to his deceptively manipulative personality, but the receptionist women is beyond inconsiderate and rude each and every single occasion. I had an emergency situation where I ran out of my anti-seizure medication and urgently needed any assistance to see what my options are, and the receptionist simply told me she is busy so go to the emergency room to figure it out and immediately hung up the phone. I called back a few times and no answer.. I honestly could not believe it. It is truly shocking to know individuals are actually willing to put their own life at risk for being associated with this practice. By ALL means, please find ANY other place for your own good.
I have been Dr. Hsu's patient since 2006. Dr. Hsu is an extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring neurologist. Dr. Hsu not only gives precise diagnosis, provides the best treatment, but also answers all my questions/concerns with details. I am very grateful that with Dr. Hsu's early diagnosis, I am able to receive the treatment early enough for my condition. A few year ago, Dr. Hsu also saw my family member with critical condition in the hospital, I never forget Dr. Hsu always shows very professional and passionate towards the patient and the family. We are fortunate to have Dr. Hsu as our neurologist. Meanwhile, the medical staff is very efficient and organized. She is very experienced with doctor's referral, insurance, authorization, etc and try the best approach for the patients. Just follow her direction/suggestion to get your issues done right and fast. I highly recommend Dr. Hsu's office.
