Incredible staff here! Such a deep knowledge of dogs and how they think! I was so completely impressed with Charles advice. I started to try some simple things with our puppy Annie and she was much more obedient. I am so grateful that Annie can be in such great care here! Thank you again Charles. You are amazing!!!!! I couldn’t believe how well our puppy listened to you and loved you!!! So grateful for all the time you took to get to know our puppy and amazed at how you handled the other dogs there too!
Took my dog there just for the temperament evaluation and already loved the place. The owner and the other guy (with the beard) were very friendly and tried to interact with my dog the whole time being extremely nice. They seem to be people that genuinely like and care about dogs, and also experts. They understand that dogs are dogs and how their instincts work. I was amazed when they told me the reason for the drop off times. I always feel like dog hotels are usually trying to rip you off and not really caring about the dogs and the fact that they miss their families. Klub k9 gave me a completely different impression, with fair prices and a positive attitude. I'm very happy I found them. Thanks for making the difference :)
