Great experience! The staff are friendly, the person who worked on my test did a great job! Also loved the check-in process. Got in for my test right at the time of my appointment and didn't have to wait. Thank you!

No one responds to phone calls at this location. They also do not respond to voice messages. I left a voicemail 2 days back to back and called almost 10 times today at 30min interval - no one picked up the phone.

Hours on google are not entirely accurate. I called twice in the morning before I went, hoping to confirm hours. The phone just rang, nobody answered, and then there was no answering machine, just a beep. Got off work early for a drug screening for a new job, drove 35 minutes and arrived 30 minutes before their closing time hoping to be screened (employer informed me I would not need an appointment). I was told they had stopped doing the drug screens for the day (an hour before their posted hours). I then had to drive an hour home in traffic and will still need to go in for an appointment. My start date at my new job may well be pushed back because of them. Horrible service.

Staff are so nice. Lab corp service is not At the first time they said my test rest will come in 3-5days and now 2month past, but I am still waiting and they said i have to wait at least 30days more. I don't need that test rest anymore but still have to pay and customer service ignore phone call and emails.

Very fast, very friendly, and I never felt a thing. Most places have trouble getting blood from me and leave bruises. Not this one. This will definitely be my go to place for lab work.
