I love everything about Nissan Sunnyvale. The staff are all extremely kind and helpful. Never have i had a rude person or service. I highly recommend this service station over other branches. They are prompt and informative i knew what was going on with my car at all times. And they provided me a rental when they took my car in! I didn't even have to ask it was amazing 5 star service!

My experience with Nissan Sunnyvale was fantastic. Honest, decent business, how's that for a change! Overall I made tree trips to the dealership within a week because I was indecisive. Expected pressure but there was surprisingly none, and also they offered me the best price for my trade in. Even though I still left even after their best offer, I returned the next week and they stood by their words. Very professional and plain humane. During past several years, I did purchase quiet a few cars from other dealerships and I can't remember the whole process being so decent without the sales folks twisting you an arm and a leg. Finally I ended up with my dream car - 2017 Nissan Rogue Star Wars edition. Nick, Kurt and Peter THANK YOU! You're good persons. I wish you many more happy customers. Just bought a Leaf from Sean, and the finance manager Howard helped me process all the paper work, the sales manager David stayed also till very late like over 10 PM. It was a busy Labor Day weekend and they were busy from morning till close. I came in 8PM to close the deal we confirmed earlier, and Sean/Howard/David all stayed till 10PM (Sean stayed another 30 mins to go thru all the features with me after Howard/David left). The whole process was smooth, no push, no force. I gave a number and Sean worked with general manager to confirm the deal a day before and we sat in today to pick the car/went thru everything we confirmed online. Howard, the finance manager, was also really nice even though I didn't buy any other options rather GAP insurance which he gave me a good price. ( you know what you would normally run into that finance manger will always push to sell a lot of additional warranty/options). Great man with great attitude, and worked out all numbers fast and neat. David just stayed there for me ( as I am the only customer left after 8:30) and make sure everything worked out for me.
Thank you very much for the assistance you gave me while I was shopping for my first vehicle. To begin with, Nissan Sunnyvale has a great website to do online vehicle viewing and they have competitive prices in the market. My entire experience was smooth and everyone in the dealership were professional, pleasant and helpful. The vehicle I viewed was clean, tires were shined. Also, I would like to appreciate Suresh for showing up for work on his day off when I purchased the vehicle. Their finance officer assisted me in looking for a credit union that could work with my auto loan and this credit union gave me a great APR. Bibek, for providing the after purchase services such as filling up the gas tank full and having the vehicle washed just before I left the dealership. I certainly will keep Nissan Sunnyvale in mind as reference to people I know who may be looking for a vehicle. The best part right now is I'm enjoying my Rogue!
Service was great. If you're able to, try and get Laura Blanc to help you out. She made sure to take care of us while we had to wait through the long process of buying out a lease.
Raymon Rivera at Sunnyvale Dealership is a great guy, the reason I'm back to him every time my car needs service is that he is really honest and transparent with customer. Everyone at service department are nice people too with good sense of humor. Ray had help me a lot, I been there 7 times total, he help me with oil change, told me about good coupon price, he help me with transmission replacement, he told me my warranty covers it, he help me with car diagnostic (best price in the bay area Nissan Dealership 99), he helps me with intake Manifold replacement. He always ask his boss permission to further help the customer. He really cares about his job, and mostly his customer. Very good guy and great team too.
