We are in our second school year and have been using Novare since our beginning. Every step of our way as a new independent school, Novare has been there to help us document, assess, and keep students and parents informed. Their old app has been discontinued and we never used it anyway. Novare's customer service is second to none and our questions are always answered with professionalism and speed. Our parents thoroughly enjoy the parent portal, seeing their student's work each day, and gaining a sense of where their child is in their learning. Our staff have been impressed with how quickly questions are answered and requests are processed as well as the ease of use of the system. We have a lot of learning that happens within our walls each day without worksheets and tests and Novare helps us capture that and document growth in a modern, visual, and flexible way. I highly recommend Novare for your school's needs!

I can honestly say that Novare's customer service is second to none! They will respond and spend as much time as necessary to help in any way - and this includes the midnight hours and weekends as well. Way to go, Novare team!!

I wish i could give it 0 stars but Google doesn't allow that. This website is very slow the app doesn't work and it always unturned in my assignments
