I went here for the first time for a pedicure yesterday. Cathy was absolutely great. She took her time with each procedure. Will definitely go back.

This is the second time I'm getting my nails done at pmp (black nails) and so far I'm really loving this place. My first time was before Christmas (red nails) and the gel manicure held up well for a little over 3 weeks. It never chipped, and the design was beautiful. One thing to note is that you should make a reservation before coming in. They are generally busy. The second thing is that even with the reservation, you might have to wait just a little bit. Patience is necessary, but the results are excellent and I believe fairly priced. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

I called to ask how much it was to fix one nail and they said 3 to 5 dollars depending on the length which was fine with me so I asked if there was a minimum that needed to be spent in order to use our card. The woman who I was speaking to said yes it needed to be 20 or more and then hung up on me after apologizing. I was so confused as to why I got hung up on so I called her back and asked her if I can come in at 7 o'clock and she rushed me off the phone and said yes. I come in at 7 o'clock and both technicians looked at me standing in the front and continue to do whatever they were doing. Didn't say \one moment\ or \I'll be right with you\ just ignored me I have no patience for bad service. I literally work across the street and would've given them at least 100 a month to do my nails since it's such a Convenient location but that kind of attitude is ridiculous

First time here. This place is amazing! Lisa was super thorough with my much needed pedicure. The hot tea was nice. Very clean. Relaxing music. DEFINITELY going back!
