I made an appointment to get blood drawn/tested, and went in with a feeling of fear based on the reviews. They very pleasantly surprised me with great customer service, efficiency, and execution. The blood draw was fantastically done, and that’s not an exaggeration. Big thank you to Ma for your excellent work on getting three vials from me, especially when I did not drink much water last night! I felt dehydrated when I woke up. I thought I’d get lectured. I often get the complaint of “you have tiny veins”, but no such feedback from her. We talked about dogs while she went about collecting the blood, and she had finished the draw before I knew it! My arm is painless, and I can move like normal. It doesn’t feel like a needle was put in at all. If you’re feeling nervous like I was, looking through the reviews, I hope this helps to quell some of your fears. It was a great experience for me. I hate blood draws, and she did great work.

DO NOT COME FOR WALK INS I'd give this a 0. That check in system would work if they actually call you or text you. Understaffed. There's only one technician and no receptionist. The technician even turned off the tv since those wait times that are supposed to display the wait times are inaccurate. Waste of time. Dev is a nice guy but Dev can't operate a lab clinic without help!! A lab technician shouldn't have to also be the receptionist. This is stressful for Dev and stressful for me!

Awful.They were rude and turned me away for a lab test that I had been sent to do. They told me they couldn’t do it there because I didn’t live in the same city when my doctor gave me a list of places the Bay Area to go to . I was then able to get it done somewhere else and they were confused as well saying that they shouldn’t have turned me away. Very unprofessional. I don’t even think they know how to do their job . Never come here!
