Clean, beautiful!!! All set up for Christmas and the lady at the front was simply amazing! I will always stay here when I'm in town. They also have a TON of parking and I could fit my truck and 40ft trailer with ease. And the pool..heated!!!

Hotel is a in a great, quiet location. Free parking and wifi was awesome. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is SUPER clean which is a plus in a pandemic. My room was spotless and the king bed was very comfortable. Also, the tv was larger than I expected it to be. It was convenient that next to the bed were several different ports to charge various electronic devices as well as regular lamps and reading lamps. The mini fridge was new with a glass panel and the coffee maker surprisingly made decent coffee. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Best customer service than any other hotel I've stayed at so far in the area! I like how they have lots of available parking on the lot, and very clean nice hotel layout. Also hotel staff have been very patient and understanding our entire stay. It's usually quiet here and location isn't bad either! My favorite place to stay at overall:)

Rooms were spacious, modern, and appropriately priced. Staff was helpful and friendly, the lobby area and main entrances are currently under construction. The free breakfast provided Included eggs, potatoes, sausage, coffee, fruit salad as well as your typical continental breakfast offering

Been a repeated guest at this hotel and I absolutely love it!! You are greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk as you walk through the front doors and staff are very accommodating to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Quiet and peaceful location perfect for leisure and a great feel for a home away from home!

Love the staff, clean rooms, no carpet (which is a plus), quiet, bed is comfortable...room is a bit dark, but that doesn’t ruin the stay. Bathroom has nice amenities.

THE GOOD: the hotel is nice clean, and the remodelling gives it a fresh contemporary spin. THE BAD: The walls are a little thin so you will hear your neighbors. Was hard to get some sleep last night as one of the neighbors was constantly stomping (at least I think that was the issue) around their room from 1:30 am to about 4:30 am. With no carpeting on the floors the sound maw magnified immensely. Also a friend came to see me and we got some food and decided to eat in the part of the lobby that was not closed off. The receptionist Anna who checked me in, confronted us asking if we were staying at the hotel at which point I said yes, she checked me in and she proceeded to ask for my room number. I was taken aback by this rudeness and frankly not amused. If this is the way paying customers are treated, I'm definitely skipping this place going forward.

By far, the best hospitality, and that's an understatement. Put it this way, I had only briefly mentioned to one of the staff members when I was booking reservations that it was my fiance's birthday and boy did Radisson deliver. Happy birthday balloons on top of an immaculate room. Wow... Simply stated. Thank you for making this a memorable weekend for myself and my future husband. Thank you to the staff, the cleaning crew, and most importantly, the manager, Mr. Johnny Holmes, for making this weekend one of the most relaxing getaways I've had in a very long time. In difficult, scary times, such as ones we are currently facing in this pandemic, it's nice/reassuring to know that the Radisson and its staff is here for us. You have made a repeat customer out of me.
