Super fun gym! Great workouts. Family friendly. The best thing is that I can work out while my kid has jujitsu, kickboxing, or parkour lessons.

Great gym, even better people. Everyone is super nice and friendly. I’ve learned a lot about my technique on all my lifts from coach Eddie and the staff is really awesome and approachable. Highly recommend this place. Tony P

I've been going to this gym for about two years. I have enjoyed every bit of it! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or experienced person, this place caters to every level. And if you're a beginner, don't be afraid to try it out. A lot of times people are hesitant to do something because their afraid of not measuring up to other more experienced students. At Smash Gyms all the students treated me with respect, and were teachers to me on their own. I'd recommend Smash Gyms to anyone wanting to get more exercise or develop their martial arts skills, even just hanging out with cool people. You won't regret it.
