The salesman (James Tran) was very helpful, personable, and listened and addressed all of our questions and concerns during the purchase process. He was probably my favorite car salesman to date that I have ever worked with. Everyone in the office was courteous through out the whole process. The office and bathroom where clean and I especially loved the coffee bar. I would defiantly recommend and purchase from Toyota Sunnyvale in the future. Thank you, I love my car!!!!

This place is doing a great job adhering to all the current COVID protocols and still operates like a well-oiled machine. I was kindly greeted on the drive by Olivia and was happy to see that before entering my vehicle to park it they placed protective coverings on the seat. Olivia did a great job explaining the recommendations and following up with me throughout the day. Plus, she got my car back to me before promised. When I came to pick up, Olivia made sure all my concerns were addressed and then another gentleman sanitized the door handles and steering wheel. Oh, and everyone was masked — well done, Toyota Sunnyvale!
