I've been bringing my daughter here for over a year and she loves it. Their front office/waiting area is kid-friendly - huge tv screens with disney movies, cute beach art all around which helps kids feel at ease. They have been really good about COVID - taking temperatures, questionnaires, clean/dirty pen bins. Staff are all super sweet and caring - always complimenting my daughter and make her feel happy. Ide is very informative and professional when explaining rules and Laura is always so helpful and cheerful. Both Dr. Rakau and Dr. Lai are very gentle with the kids and are so patient. Thank you guys for all you do :)

My son had an appointment to day I missed everything for this appointment. When I was there they were closed without any notification! It’s awful to do that !

I am so thankful for Dr. Lai, Laura, and Dani at western dental kids in Sunnyvale. They're great with covid safety protocols and they listened to me as a mother about how to best work with my child's temperament when she is scared. They took excellent care of my daughter!

The staff at this location are AWESOME! I love the fact that they are a kid friendly environment ! My kids LOVE coming here , even though they are young they love the Dentist. Never thought coming into a Dentist would be so much FUN! I would have wished I was brought here when I was younger. I highly recommend this place to bring in your little ones. They give your kids a certificate when they are cavity free which my kids are ;) . Dont blame the dentist if your kids have cavities or they have to get teeth removed , blame yourselfs for not brush your kids teeth daily.
