As another reviewer mentioned the 5 star reviews of the facility are from management and their family members but there are a number of issues with the facility. It is run down and many things are always out of order. What does the maintenance team do? The food is prepackaged, repetitive, and not fresh. There are rarely any fresh fruits and vegetables available. The nursing team is always short staffed and worst is frequently hours are scheduled this way to save the facility money. The residents and families are unhappy with their care and living arrangements.
