Had a blockage in pool vac PVC line. Brent cleared it in minutes with a CO2 tank! This after looking at filter pressure and other symptoms to quickly rule out clogged filter or other causes. Rate was VERY reasonable - especially considering that another company's \pool professional\ had flooded the side yard in a failed attempts to clear blockage using a hose & bladder, replaced the pool pump to improve suction and when still clogged insisted that the DE filter be opened up for a thorough cleaning.

I sent a request for a consultation. Received a call back quickly and Brent came out to meet that day. He answered any questions or concerns I had and they started two days later. First day, two guys came out to inspect the pool and equipment. Both were very friendly and nice. Brain explained what to expect and upcoming services. They made much needed adjustments with the equipment to reduce electricity and run more efficiently. I appreciate the thoroughness of this company so far. Will update this post as time goes on. Signed up for the \free pool orientation\, ended up having one of the owners come out AND CHARGE me 125.00! Did not even label ANYTHING!!!! The man came across as condensending to me, (a female), my 2 sisters and husband. Steer clear of this company!!!

I hired this company for what I thought would be my long term pool guy, and unfortunately I was wrong. Due to great reviews, I had hired him to install a new pool pump for me. But he never grounded the new pool pump. My other pool stuff wasn't installed right, and was done by someone else, but this doesn't mean to not install my new pool pump correctly. I also had hired him again a few months later to \troubleshoot\ a suction issue with my pool cleaner. He trouble shot incorrectly by telling me 10 minutes later that I just needed to backwash the pool. The backwash took an additional 10 minutes of his time, and he charged me 125 for the service call, rather than just 55ish for the backwash. So I was charged 125 for 20 minutes of his time. (Had there been any other problem that would take an hour of his time, than the 125 would have been worth it.) . You can't charge Doctor pay, and expect to keep a customer. I was unhappy/disappointed at this point, and he knew it, and wouldnt budge but 5.00 less for using my own chemicals for the backwash.What the correct problem was that I finally needed a new pool filter. He knew that me needing a new pool filter, was coming up very soon too. Guess he didn't want real business. I wont be using them again. The attitude is a bit snarky too.
