Sunshine made our home look fabulous. It was an easy process with recommendations to help us throughout. There was good communication and our house has never looked better. Our neighbors even used them!

My experience with Sunshine Contracting was awful, to say the least. A simple townhouse roof replacement turned into disarray. Do not count on Sunshine Contracting to get the job done or to have the best interest of the customer. Highlights of their debacle: Project Manager Elie Gabriel did not notify the seller or me that the project would start one week late. We found out about the delay when Sunshine Contracting did not show up. Sunshine Contracting did not cover the unfinished roof with a tarp after weather stations warned of heavy rain over the weekend. Project Manager Elie did not contact the seller or me about the project status at the end of the day or any other day. Elie claimed the project was finished after I called him. I drove to the house and noticed that the roof had felt paper on it. I sent pictures to Elie. He backtracked on his earlier claim and then said the project was not finished. He said never visited the project site in person. Since the roof was not covered, rain leaked through the into the attic, ceiling, and two bedrooms. I informed the Elie about the leaks. He said work would not be performed over the weekend. Monday would be the earliest Sunshine Contracting would return to the house. Sunshine Contracting could have prevented this mess. But the company was lazy and decided not to cover the roof at the end of the day on Friday, or not show up to cover it on Saturday, or not show up to cover it on Sunday afternoon. They finally came Sunday evening but there was already water damage in the attic, ceiling, and two bedrooms. Repairs to the water damage delayed everything. Sunshine Contracting has terrible communication, except when they want to collect payment, then they will definitely contact you. After this entire ordeal, Sunshine Contracting still forgot to install a vent in the roof as written in the contract.
I hired Sunshine Contracting to cap all of the trim around my roof, soffits, and replace the gutters and downspouts. They did a really nice job, were professional and incredibly fast - they had a large crew working on the project and completed it in 2 days! Throughout the process, I felt comfortable with the people I worked with - from sales estimate to completion. Frank is very upfront about what you might need (and not need), and gives practical advice with putting together an estimate. Nate and his entire crew were also very easy to talk to and they went above and beyond to make sure the final delivery was exactly what I wanted. It looks fantastic, and I'm now working with them to get a quote for new windows! I'd highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home.
The team at Sunshine were all prompt, courteous and thoroughly explained the process for replacing and enlarging windows. They use superior windows which greatly improved our home's climate and looks, and based on previous experiences, lasting durability. Thank you to all to help us through the window install!
This company came out to cap our wooden trim. They worked longer than quoted in the contract, but I am very impressed with their work. There was wood rot and they handled replacing that quickly. Our house looks much better and the price was fair. The only negative was, what I believe to be a lack of communication. Maybe I wasn't clear on how that worked, but that was minor in comparison to the work done. I will be using them again.
Sunshine Contractors replaced our siding with Fiber Cement siding. Their crew is amazing, always working and they all know their jobs. All parts of job were done the way it should be done. Our house is beautiful and much snugger than before. They have lots of experience and great crews.
Marvelous job residing our home. Our older home looks brand new. Nathan and his team were fantastic. Extremely professional and expert workmanship.
