My wife and I used Sunshine Pools to redo the plaster in our pool. Honestly it was less painful than we thought. Tony came out, took measurements and was able to get us a quote within a day or so. The prices we got were anywhere from 3-5k range for our size of pool to 14k... Sunshine was on the lower end. Normally we would be skeptical of such a good price, but we were recommended them by another friend who had some pool work done. Once we signed on, they were great with communication and actually had more offerings than we thought about (such as the tiles on the steps in the finished picture). We started with the green pool, Sunshine came out to drain it overnight - it took about 20 hours (see the empty green pool). We had several days of storms that delayed the project, but again, Tony and team were great to keep us updated. The sandblasting guys were great. They came out, got to work and finished same day (see the gray pool with no plaster). The re-plastering team showed up the next day about noon. They come prepared and finished in about 2 and a half hours and and started filling. They actually care about the well being of your pool and your satisfaction. Sunshine lets you know the chemicals you can and can't put into your pool and the levels you should keep during the first week. Most companies to not do this or give you as much detail. You can see from the final picture I went from a green pool with paint chipping off (the previous owner painted over the issues rather than disclosing them) to a nice white plaster pool with clear water. I would recommend Sunshine to anyone looking for pool related needs, I will use them again in the future for anything 'pool' myself!

Sunshine pools always takes great care of us and our pool. After using them for some return line repairs, our pool has never looked better. We have used them a couple more times for other issues and they are always quick to get it repaired fast and at a reasonable price.
Cleaned and resurfaced all the decking around pool. Did a wonderful job. Quality work at a reasonable price. I would and have recommended them to family and friends. Nathan David Wills Point, TX
Don’t use this company. They tried charging me for services that weren’t rendered and were extremely rude to me for even asking to have it removed from my bill. Then they treated me like I was not going to or hadn’t paid my bills. Their techs barely did anything to clean my pool in four months of service other than dropping some chemicals and skimming it. They vacuumed it once.
When I decided to fire them in the middle of services I had to ask them to give me my invoice total over 4 times and it was inaccurate, I paid it and could never recommend. They do not call back or communicate with customers, treat customers very bad, do not call back ever, do not keep you informed or explain on what they are doing. When I first spoke to Taylor she was nice, after that Ashley I found very rude and unprofessional. She would never me back call back and nor would the owner. They sent a very inexperienced and very young technician named Tyler to deal with my pool issue who would not inform me on what his office kept telling him during his visit, I had to manage the time he was here at my home as well as watch what he was doing as I did not trust his knowledge. I would never use this company as they I believe that they may end up one day soon destroying a customer's pool. Very Very unprofessional and I ended up having to fire them. Blame the customer seems to be a response without taking responsibility for their poor customer service.
