We bought a 2016 Winnebago 59K and went to Sunshine State RV. We are first time campers so all new to us and Sunshine State did great service in completing repairs and replacing the awning and checking everything out for us. Billy was very kind and patient with us and our questions. Kyle in service was also great in explaining how to run things. I should have tape recorded him because I will never remember all he told us Thanks Sunshine RV for a wonderful experience. We will be back when needed.

Kudos to the sales representative, Ritchie Gilliam, and service manager, Billy Shriver of Sunshine State RV, Gainsville, Florida. Both gentlemen went beyond the call to help my wife and me purchase our 2021 Roadtrek Zion and service it post-sale. Two actions made exceedingly more difficult because of a raging pandemic. Pior to arriving at the delearship we conveyed our safety concerns to Ritchie, and he made good on his promises to throughly disinfect and air-out the vehicle before our arrival, and to follow all public health directives while we were on-site. He even set up a table and chairs under a canopy to complete all paperwork in an open-air outside setting. Unfortunately, after the sale, our vehicle's air conditioner suffered a catastrophic failure and required replacement. Getting that replacement proved almost impossible due to supply-chain interruptions - once again caused by the pandemic - but Billy Shriver pulled it off through what must have been a Herculean effort. Although it took over two months, Billy persevered and used that time to turn over every rock looking for one and eventually did! And, he kept us informed of his efforts every few days. Now my wife and I are enjoying using our RV, and we highly recommend Sunshine State RV.

Dog people are my kinda people. RV repair shops should take notice ... they offerd a comfortable area for me AND my dog to wait while having maintainence done. Kudos Sunshine State for remembering our 4 legged family members. #sunshinestatervs I received excellent customer service. Repairs done on time and as quoted.

As fall was coming to a close, the house portion of my Hymer Aktiv RV electrical system broke down entirely. A local RV service shop asserted they could repair the issue, whatever it might be, but the escalating time and money spent only confirmed their intentions were not up to the task. Finding Sunshine State RVs, a Roadtrek authorized service center for the Ecotrek electrical system, was just what I needed and proved worth the day’s drive. They quickly and accurately diagnosed the system failure. They capably explained the necessarily extensive and expensive replacements and repairs, of which they obviously had thorough knowledge and experience in doing. They kept me regularly informed of progress and delays and unrelated repair issues every step of the way, ensuring my being informed and in agreement. They were straight up with the facts, always did exactly what they said, and were totally respectful in every interaction. Especially for such a specialized repair, I could not have hoped for a better experience and recommend them without reservation. Thanks for getting me back on the road to camping.
