Randy was very nice to work with and took a sincere interest in our project. He converted our old screened in porch, installing a vinyl window system about 4 years ago. It has held up great and the windows are easy to clean in our bathtub. The windows open and close easily. The system does what Randy said that it would. He had good ideas for the framing around the windows. It all looks very nice. We would recommend this window system and Randy. The price was very reasonable, also.

Randy built a sunroom and deck for us. It didn’t seem to me that he ever took it as a construction project, it was more of an artwork for Randy. The level of detail while preparing the diagrams showed me how it would turn out after it’s over and it was to an extent surprising that it looked as beautiful as he originally designed it. Right from the beginning he was keen on understanding what I really wanted and gave great suggestions while keeping the cost in mind. Thanks to his suggestion on replacing the existing patio doors with French doors, our sunroom looks integrated into the house - which was exactly what we wanted but never were able to articulate as clearly as we would’ve liked. At every possible opportunity Randy looked for opportunities to make the work better and never compromised on the high standards he had set for himself. Be it the challenges related to designing the steps leading out from the deck or the city code requirements - Randy always managed to not just help me visualize the final outcome but also deliver on what he explained. Though it was a lengthy project (started in mid June), Randy planned out the construction of the deck within the first couple of weeks along with a walkway to the deck that enabled us to enjoy the deck during summer and early fall despite us not even asking for that - that was a great bonus. Overall it was a pleasure working with Randy and would highly recommend Randy having had the first hand experience of his work.
What a beautiful sun room we have thanks to the creativity of Randy at Sunspace by Arborview, Inc! Randy was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We initially showed him a picture of a room design, and he truly created a room even more beautiful than we had imagined. He came up with so many creative ideas and brought them to life. We highly recommend Randy who will work tirelessly to creat your dream room! Thank you Randy!
