I highly recommend Sunstate. I never thought I could learn SO MUCH in 4 days. The instructors were very patient with us, always had a positive, can-do attitude and their ability to speak to and train each of us at our own skill level and understanding was fantastic. Great value for 1 full week of training. Great location, with huge parking lot to practice backing.

If you told me I could pass my CDL class A exam in a week I would've told you that you were nuts. But I did just that! I trained for 4 days (And I'd never backed a truck before) and took my test on the 5th day and aced it. Chad the instructor was awesome and answered all my questions I had (and I had many). Steve (my tester) was polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They have 3 trucks (2 manuals and an automatic) you can practice in. We had 9 or 10 in our class at most. I had my CDL class B but was upgrading to an A but still had much to learn about class A driving. The class really worked together as a team and helped each other a lot. Very fast paced and you need to study but you can do it here for sure! Best 1500 I've ever spent. Thanks guys! I'm happy..

When I found this CDL School I was hesitate because the CDL Class A training and State test takes 5 days and I thought the time frame was to short. I called and spoke with Scott. Scott was AWESOME! He explained the process, he was able to squeeze me into a slot before New Years and he also assisted with the training at the school. I never drove a Truck before but because of the INCREDIBLE and PROFESSIONAL training that was done by Kevin I was able to learn and passed my test last Thursday, December 31, 2020. Kevin is an AMAZING Instructor!!! Hands Down!!!! He was very patient, understanding, kind, professional at all times, very encouraging, knowledgeable, and he actually cared. I trained for 4 days and took my test on the 5th day and passed... My State Examiner was Steve and he was very professional and did not make me feel uncomfortable or nervous. He was great! I learned a lot from the State test and now I understand that there are things that I need to work on and improve on as a New Truck Driver. I recommend this place to anyone and give it 2 thumbs all the way up!!!!! They have 3 trucks (2 manuals and an automatic) you can practice in. We had about 5-7 in our class with different skill levels(from beginner to some experience). The class really worked together as a team and helped each other out. The class is very fast paced but with focus, hard work and studying you will pass. Also the price was great! The price did go up to 1,800 for the new year but you can't find a school like this that provides you with the best customer service, equipment, training and price hands down!
