The only bad experience we had in Japan. Their staff couldn't communicate with us in English but they'd tried hard. The food was poorly cook and the price was overcharged. Looking at the menu photo and what we received was a proof that we got overcharged for the food. Seems like they were short of staff. We almost believed that Hokkaido's crab was this bad standard if we hadn't visit the fresh market the next day. 2years after, I received a reply from owner - in Japanese. It is so weird that those given 5stars comments received reply from owner in English. I have attached additional note to owner that details to be improve has already been mentioned in the comments 2 years ago.

Experience WORSE JAPANESE RESTAURANT EVER in my life. I ordered beef steaks 6 portions tonite at 6pm yo celebrate new years eve 2020. Now is 7.20pm and the Steaks has not been cooked yet. They said that they served other groups for priority. My Group is large group of 20 adults and this restaurant did serve worse. This is my first travel to hokkaido and this restaurant really makes us think Hokkaido People are bot responsible for tourists. They don’t respect customers. Big casulties!

店内とてもオシャレで個室もステキです。 私のお気に入りのお店です。 店員さんの教育もしっかりしていて対応が良いです。 お料理もとても美味しくて盛り付けもオシャレで本当に高級感もあり気分が上がります。 女子会にもデートにも最高だと思います。 週末はかなり混み合うので必ず予約してからの方がスマートに入店できます。

3000円の二次会コースを頼みました。 二次会コースなので、フードが足りないかなぁとかんがえてましたが、十分な量と美味しさでした、 鮪をあんな感じで食べたことがなかったので、びっくりしたのと、美味しくて驚きました！ ビールも美味しかった！ 店員さんにおすすめしてもらった、翠ジンソーダがとても美味しく、今は家でも飲んでます！ ご馳走様でした！

お食事はとても美味しく、コース料理をいただきましたが、どれも素晴らしかったです。丁寧に作られていると思いました。 ただ接客が・・・・。飲み放題コースなのに、呼んでもなかなか来てもらえず、結局飲み放題の意味はなかったかも？時間終了で帰ろうとしたら、出口で「お客様デザートまだです」と呼び止められ、あまりに遅すぎでした。
