We were planning on going Solar for awhile. I researched for almost a year the pros and cons of different solar panels -- efficiency, wiring, automation for user control, etc. Also, important to me was to not cut down some of my very old and beautiful ornamental trees. Sunwatt Solar understood and appreciated my concerns. They formulated several designs to make sure the finished product would not only look seamless on the roof but provide the efficiency ratings. Essentially, after a year since the install I must say their estimates of energy production per month have been spot on or better. The design phase took awhile but the team was extremely patient and worked with us. This was a very difficult install, since they had to wire from the roof down to the basement. The house walls are stone and brick and hence not easy to drill and run wires. But, the team was extremely professional, on time, and left the property in pristine condition. The office staff was also very professional. They handled all the paperwork for my incentives, grants, tax credits, and inspection flawlessly. All in all, working with a local company and more importantly a trustworthy solar company like Sunwatt made this entire project not so nerve racking. We purchased the LG black panels. They look absolutely terrific on a black roof.

This company did a great job with our solar installation! From a great presentation of what they could do through getting me hooked up and operating off solar power. The team that installed were clean and considerate of my need to work at home. We have experienced several zero cost with credit electric bills. While on a business trip recently I could see how the panels were working on my phone through a WiFi hook up! I highly recommend them to anyone considering solar power.
From sale to installation, this was an absolutely first rate experience. I spoke to a number of companies and was even in contract with one before realizing their sales promises were empty. But Sunwatt not only delivered what they promised, they also thought creatively about a somewhat unique site to get me to the place I needed with this project in a way that no other company had. My panels have been up for a few months now, and I am so, so happy I chose Sunwatt. Every single interaction I have had with them has been pleasant and efficient. Highly, highly recommended!
This was last Jan. Nat. Grid allowed only 12 panels, tried for 14. Everything went very smoothly, all done in a day. Work done with very competent installers. I chose Sunwatt because they were a local installer with very good references. Like to keep my business in the State. Happy with the output.
After extensive research we chose to contract with Sunwatt Solar for our solar installation. A big plus is they are a local RI company and don't subcontract the work. All the team was very professional and worked with us to get the best possible layout. We made a few changes along the way but they kept at it and made great recommendations for a final configuration. We went \Live\ in November 2019 and each month have seen an increase in our solar input. Since that time we can say through the end of Feb. 2020 we have seen a reduction of over 40% compared to last year. We are running a credit with the National Grid. That is one of the best reasons we switched to solar. We have sung the praises of Sunwatt Solar to our family and friends. Give them a call.
