Great coffee and good food. The owner was very hospitable and this restaurant is central to downtown. They also have several local souvenir items for sale so be sure to inquire. I picked up a few bottles of whisky and hot sauce.
Great place to eat or stock up on supplies for your stay in Casco Viejo. Wine selection is on point and prepared food is always delicious. Definitely try their empanadas. The owner Blayne is a good source of local intel.

Amazing breakfast spot. Prices are reasonable and service is great. The food is fresh and the fresh squeezed juice is my favorite. Famous empanadas do not disappoint. The owner is super friendly and is happy to offer suggestions to tourists.
Ordered egg muffin with chorizo and a cappuccino. The muffin came out nicely toasted and the egg was perfect. The atmosphere is super homey and the owner is really nice too. Super clean and chill. Awesome place to have breakfast to start your morning off in Casco! Will definitely go back!
Come to Super G only if you want an amazing experience! Here you will find great vibes and even better food :-) Delicious postres, sándwiches, empanadas, breakfasts, smoothies, veggie options, coffee, todo! My favorite are the sandwiches... wow. They are part cafe part store, so you can also buy wine and special snacks. I don’t know what else to say except come here!!! They are a place you can count on in the middle of this pandemic craziness.
Fresh Baked Empanadas, homemade soup, aromas so yummy you want to lick the air. This is no joke…they were INCREDIBLE! Honestly, I went in here on a food tour and had some amazing chocolate…then I saw that they sell Coconut Milk in the 1 Litre Tetra packs and I have been looking everywhere for Coconut Milk (I don’t like Almond Milk). So the next day I went back to get some groceries and when I walked in the door the wave of fresh baked empanadas floating in the air was exactly what heaven should smell like so naturally I bought 3: A chicken, a spinach & mushroom and a pineapple. I also took home some split pea soup. The first thing I thought was… oh my gosh if my mother tried this soup she would BEG for the recipe. Holy man alive! Do not miss out on this place if you are in Casco Viejo.
