Got a nail in my bike and needed a quick fix. They fixed it like new within 30 minutes. Professional and great service!

Came in with a blowout near the end of a 40 mile ride and they took the time to try and fix the situation as quick and economical as possible. Saved me from calling for a ride 15 miles from home. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Friendly staff...much appreciated

Bought an Intense mountain bike from these guys, and had a terrific experience. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. They tuned the bike for me specifically and gave me some great tips. And the staff takes their time and answers questions, they don't get annoyed and give thorough answers. I'd highly recommend this shop if you're in the market for a new bike.

I took my Stumpjumper in to have the bottom bracket replaced a week ago today. The staff, especially Brandon, were immediately helpful and promised a 7 - 10 day turnaround on the repair (half the time of competitive shops in the area). Lo and behold, 4 days later I received a call - "your bike is done, but we noticed some noise coming from your headset. We can clean it up for you and have it ready tomorrow." I heartily agreed to that service, but received a call the next day saying my bearings were rusted in the headset. They could order new ones, but that would take awhile, or replace my bearings with some ones from another bike that were in good shape (15!). "Oh, and by the way, there is a pair of vice grips that were being stored in the frame that opened and have become wedged in an open position in the headset, and they've rusted that way. We're not sure we can get them out!" Well, they did get them out, replaced my headset bearings, plus the other work I had originally brought the bike in for, for less than 200. Amazing. These guys are great!

One of the best bike stores in the Tri-Valley area. They fixed my road bike and did a terrific top to bottom tune up and cleaning with very reasonable prices and quick turnaround times.

These guys are simply the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my bicycle servicing or bike sales in P-town!
