I was mislead and sold a car with a great deal of problems. I placed a deposit, and was scolded for the week it took me to test drive. Even worse, they never managed to clean or detail the vehicle. After being bullied during my purchase, I should have know better at the time, they gave me a dirty car, with 0 gas, and sent my plate and paperwork to someone else. When I called to express my concerns, the staff stated they alerted the manager multiple times and he actively refused to return my calls. Don’t do it!

I have my buick serviced regularly here. The mechanics are knowledgeable and courteous. They have not recommended any unnecessary repairs, and have been honest when it comes to suggested service and maintenance. My oil changes are very reasonable, and I love that they offer free "pit-stops" (stop in anytime, no wait, and have all your fluids topped off).

Bought a car here back in August. I also purchased gap insurance for the vehicle. I was very naive, it was a huge mistake to purchase gap through the dealership. Huge ripoff. I refinanced my vehicle almost immediately because they gave me a horrible interest rate through Consumers. Before I refinanced, i requested my gap insurance be dropped, to which Patrick told me was no problem but could take up to six weeks to see a refund. No problem. I waited six weeks and still saw nothing. I contacted Patrick once more and he had told me there was "a problem with the paperwork" (uh huh...right) and that it could take a little while longer. After an additional two weeks (now at eight weeks) and multiple attempts to contact Patrick as well as Chris to get at least a phone number to contact whatever insurance company they do the gap through so I can handle this myself, I have heard nothing. I'm not one to typically leave bad reviews of businesses, but this place deserves it. I paid nearly seven hundred dollars for insurance I did not use and still haven't seen my money. I was told by the receptionist last time i called that I would get a call back later that afternoon. It's now been three days. No insurance company takes this long to process a refund, especially when it's direct deposit. Someone is benefiting, and it sure as hell isn't me. And yeah, Tanya, I have to go to Google to vent my frustrations because you guys are incapable of returning a phone call. Hopefully my review will be enough to save some other people the headache of dealing with your business.

Do not trust them with anything. Horrible customer service and a lie after a lie. They put 10 thousand on my lease when it was supposed to be 12 and they still haven't changed it since March. Their dealers and finance department is a joke. GM is handling my issue now since its been over 5 months and they continue to give me the run around. Plus I just found out that they did the same thing to someone I know. Trust is everything in business and they completely lost mine, What a waste of time.
