Not extremely pleased. I set up an oil change and tire rotation. I also wanted to have the check engine light diagnosed, so I would know what needed to be fixed. Upon arrival, I was told it would cost 120 to run the diagnostics to see what code it's throwing. I said no. We will not be doing that today. (I had already had it checked, for FREE, at O'Reily's. I knew what code. But wanted to have the dealership check it and proceed with a quote to fix it.) Oil change went well. Tires were rotated. Upon inspection, I was told my brake pads were in the \yellow\. That within 2 oil changes, they will need replaced. Ok, I'm fine with that. But brand new brake pads were put on 6 months ago. And they went ahead and ran the diagnostics... for free. I'm glad they did. I appreciate it. But why was it 120, then it was free? I would've been skinned for 120 had i said yes go ahead.

Very professional staff, Alex was helpful and courteous. Very clean establishment with nice tables to wait, delicious coffee, and bottled water for waiting customers. We got an oil change and they checked out our air conditioner which was acting kinda funny. We are very happy with the premium service warranty we purchased at another Ford dealer with the F-150 we bought and they are fixing our 4 wheel drive with a new transfer case for only 100 deductible. Thanks for being Superior!
