Do not order from this company. I ordered glass candle jar and a few of them arrived broke which I understand can happen. I trusted I would be able to get in touch with them and these would simply be replaced. Not the case. I have tried calling, emailing, messaging on Facebook and not 1 reply. They were very quick to take my order and money that was not a problem for them but the minute something goes wrong you have no hope in hell.
Placed order on-line and was emailed that it was ready before pickup time very good, very polite staff when order was picked up.
I have used supplies for candles since starting my business @morecandlesdublin last year. No question is too small or even any issue with a product. Cannot recommend these guys enough. I’m in Dublin, Ireland and I get my orders shipped same day thank you guys so much even throughout the pandemic keeping everything in stock for us
