Had a great experience right up until I bought the vehicle, everything after that was a joke. I had to make 3 extra visits to the dealership after the sale. All of the paperwork was filled out wrong and I had to go back up there to sign everything again. Then they forgot some of their paperwork in my folder so I had to go back again to bring them their own paperwork. My vehicle never got detailed even after giving them 2 different attempts ( you can barely call it an attempt if all you do is hit a car wash and spray stuff on the tires). I finally just detailed it myself after I was offered nothing more than an apology after explaining all of this to their management. It's almost like after the sale was made nobody cared at all. I'm very disappointed with the after sales service and what they consider \detailed\. These photos are after the \second detailing\.....
