The store has a good variety. It lacks organising. Many small stores owners buy their stock from Friendly Mart. And there are customers who buy their need of groceries. It is kios at the cashiers. There should a number of cashiers to serve those customers who buy house needs. So, they can pay and leave fast.

Under remodel at this time. Aisles continue to be littered with merchandise being stocked but many areas with merchandise sitting on the floor are unattended. Pricing on the shelve is still a major issue. If you are interested in what an item will cost you, you must use the one scanner available to customers and que up to use it. Management seems uninterested in solving their problems. We refer to the store as Unfriendly Mart.

Soon would be a major shopping destination in Surallah. Friendly staff and sale is through out the year, can be crowded at times but stocks is always updated and is ensured enough for all its customers
