I can't say enough good things about working with Betsy, Kamil and their entire team of professionals. We had two old bathrooms that needed to be gutted down to the studs. Our upstairs bathroom froze every winter and we couldn't take it anymore. For the price of what everyone else quoted us for one bathroom, they were able to do both. We hired Kamil because from the moment he walked into our house he immediately knew what to address and brought up concerns no one else had, so we knew from the get go what we'd be facing. Once we got rolling there was someone here every single day chipping away at our project. Kamil texted me every night to tell me who was coming and when. Betsy was fantastic in helping me pick out fixtures, get parts ordered and coordinating all the work a bathroom remodel entails. Every single person was kind and committed. They consulted me every step of the way to ensure we were happy with the myriad of decisions to be made. They swept up and kept our construction mess minimal. We are so grateful to have found this fabulous team and I highly recommend them for any remodel you might need. I'd give them ten stars if I could.

There isn't enough space to convey every wonderful detail from our experience with Suran. My husband and I looked at tiles and fixtures for over a year. We checked out a couple other companies and are so grateful for choosing Suran! Our designer, Betsy, came up with an incredibly beautiful design. She was easy to contact, pleasant and helped us so much. Honestly, we can’t say enough wonderful things about Betsy! We had a large master bath totally gutted and redone. Yes, it took a long time. All of the workers were on time and did fabulous work. We knew every night who would come the next day and what was getting done. All of the workers were great with answering our questions. We even had a couple extra things done. We definitely knew we had professional, knowledgeable workers. We would definitely use them again!! We LOVE our bathroom. Thank you to Kamil, Betsy and the entire team. We have already recommended them to our neighbors.

I could write a love letter to every person who worked on our bathroom remodel. We knew every day who to expect and when they would arrive. No one was ever late. Everyone was pleasant and more than competent for their given tasks. (We were almost sorry to see them leave each evening!) The work was completed on time and the design exceeded our expectations. Suran Built has done a few projects for me over the past 5 years. I have been very happy with the quality of their work as well as the staff they employ. Their employees arrive on time and work efficiently. They are always very neat and clean when they work---which can be difficult during any type of home remodel project! Communication with the owner and his staff is good. They kept me informed as to the progress and if I had a question I was always able to get an answer in a timely manner. The owner was also good about discussing the project and providing different options or solutions to help us make a decision on how best to proceed. I felt very comfortable working with them and would hire them again as well as refer them to friends and family.
