The directions are written so a kid can understand them. It was my favorite thing to use and easy to understand and it is the best thing to use in this modern age. I would recommend this to my friends. It is very easy to install and use. It has a light to let you know it is working properly. This is something I never thought I would have in my home. This is a very good value for your money if you are looking for home security. When I am out knowing that things are okay at my house it has really given me peace of mind. This is the best use of technology that I've tried for home security systems. It is great knowing your home is safe when you are not there.

The installation experience was a good one. The installation was easy. I was able to do the installation myself with very little help in doing so. There are many offered services. They range from smart lighting, smart thermostats, smart appliances and smart home theatre. You can find something that pleases everyone. I am happy with the value. The value to my life has been wonderful and it makes my life a little easier and a little less stressful. It would add value to almost anyone's life. I am happy with the user experience. It is very easy to use and it is also very easy to teach others how to use. Even people without much experience with these types of things would be able to use it.

I am writing this review after using home automation system for 4 months and after facing 1 technical fault. It all began with my new dream home. As others, I wanted everything best & modern things in my house. I was knowing about Home Automation and for that, I called many companies to provide me best solutions. I started calling every one companies in market and they all give me solutions, which were standard. Guys from Big Supplier were unique right from their initial visit. After the initial call, they came to my house, they inspected the premises and then they asked me for my requirements. They took some time to revert but than they were right on focus. Once when the commercials were agreed, the installation part went with easy. My family actually didn't faced any issues during installation phase and also the job was done in clean manner. After about 4 months, one of my camera stopped working and I called them for a technician visit and to my surprise, they are quick to dispatch a technician. The guy arrived on time and completed his checks in professional manner. Without any hesitation he directly called his company and informed them about faulty part. I was relaxed as the product was under warranty but than something happen, which was totally unexpected. The Guy checked their inventory and told me to get replacement done on same day. I was totally shocked to this, as I was expecting that part replace might take a week or so but it was done blazing fast. For their service part, I am now feeling happy to show courtesy for their outstanding service and would like to urge other buyers to go for Big Supplier, who are not just Big Supplier but also they are The Best Supplier
