My son was admitted for 4 days with just 3 mins of doctor’s visit everyday for which he charged 2500 per day. And the damn fool didn’t even prescribe a discharge even he was unable to diagnose the illness!

I had visited for my mother's problem, I don't know who is the best or suggested doctor for mantal illness problem, I had give them My mother's old file, they put name of Dr. Manoj Satyawani. We had visited them, with in 1 min they told us to do EEG report, we do the same. They don't give any proscribed madicin or nothing, I suggest to changes doctor to Mr. Anirudha Apte, but do guss??? I have to pay full charges again of new file like 1500rs for the same, where I have the same file and already pay the new file charge, but in same hospital if you want Buy to change the doctor even they don't treat you, then also you have to pay same charges again othet vise that file is not valid. Ridiculous. And also Dr. Manoj Sir's Assistant doctor madam is really bad behaviour, I never seen this kind of behaviour in any doctor and thay miss behave upon my mom, where they are sufuring from this mind related issues. Never go again.!!

I am requesting to Management you need to change or improve security services and other staff because they are not behave good with patients and management is very poor you are wasting so much time of patient and people you are taking whole one day for consulting you are only saying wait. And wait but after time came back than doctor only give one minute to patient you should need to listen atlest patients problems because you are also taking Rs 1200 fee. Please I REQUEST to you improve your services not your charges.

I wish I could give negative ratings. They are just money making machine. They don't care about the patient and his/her problems. Enough is written about staff behavior and it is all true. very bad experience. And after waiting for 3-4 hours in queue, I get just 2-5 minutes of Dr. Apte. He is not ready to listen all the problems I am facing. Without knowing what's the problems I have, he just writes his regular medicine, injection, etc. As expected, no improvement in my condition even after consulting him for more than 3-4 months. NEVER VISIT INS HOPSITAL AND ITS DOCTORS.
