Worst Hospital I have ever seen . The amount they charge is almost 3 times the other private hospitals charge and service they provide is not even 50% what they commit. Insufficient and inefficient staffs. They have zero knowledge how to treat with the patients . I would better suggest to go Civil Hospital, or any government Hospitals , Atleast they respond properly. The staff here do not reply properly for simple questions also.

This is the one of the best hospital in Surat. In Administration excellent and prompt response from Ms. Palak. She handled multi task at a time with dedication.They care about hygiene. Dr. Ronsk Nagoria and Dr. Suchay Parikh are brilliant doctors and kind nature. Nursing staffs are well educated and cooperative. They treated like Family. House keeping staffs also very kind and co operative.

One of the worst hospitals I have ever come across in my life...the doctors (especially Dr Suchay Parikh) here are soo rude and money minded and the whole staff has been trained to fetch money..it's always said that if the doctor talks to you nicely, half of your disease is cured...here they will scare you...they do not take care about anything u say and you have to do your own monitoring even when u are admitted..if u ask questions they will not answer you and tell you to sit and observe..I have seen ppl dying here due to lack of treatment and unprofessional attitude of the doctors....even if u have the smallest thing like fever please do not go to this hospital..

Such a hospital which I would never ever recommend anyone. Only motive here is money. They don't even care about a person's life. Being a doctor it's your responsibility and duty to save lives and people believe u blindly for that but instead they care nothing about patients life and go on giving false hopes. They are such heartless. Only they care about is money, money, and money.They don't even give us time to think about what to do next. Within minutes another doctor comes and says patient is critical and u need to sign papers and the show continues. Such a SCAM. Please who ever is reading this kindly follow my advice and never take your relatives here if you really want to save them.
