I have worked at SureCare Central Cheshire just over 8 months and I can honestly say the quality of everything we do is second to none, nothing is too much trouble for our lovely clients and everyday brings a brand new adventure, as a team we've been through some very exciting times but also on the other hand there is sad times too. We constantly have the fantastic support and guidance from our brilliant management team who provide the all of the staff with up to date training and offer support to help further our career progression. Working hours and pay are excellent.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care that the SureCare team are providing to my Mum in Audlem. From the initial contact with Tina & Kirstie, easing Mum and me into the world of care (neither of us relishing the idea) and the selection and introduction of the care team it has been such a positive experience. Mum now looks forward to her morning and evening visits and sees all the Carers as part of her family. For Max and me living far away in Texas, we have the peace of mind that she has caring professionals coming in to look after her needs at the start and end of every day!
I have worked for SureCare since February. I couldn’t ask for a better company to work for. They gave me all the training I need and more. The staff welcomed me with open arms and are all passionate about what they do. Watching them fufill our clients needs, and putting smiles on both clients and staff face’s is so heartwarming. Really do go above and beyond. Would highly recommended to friends and family as a place to work. And have already recommend to family who need care.
Love working here. Staff are very friendly, management are very approachable and will listen. Plenty of travel time. Lovely working atmosphere. A refreshing change to have a Care Company that not only cares for their Customers but Staff as well.
I absolutely love working for surecare, and felt very welcome from the start. All the team are so kind, helpful and professional. The management team are always on hand at any time to help, and provide up to date communication, and learning. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend surecare as an employer and client service, as everyone really does go that extra mile.
